About the company

Complete Clinical Training was founded in 2017.  The company was founded by Chris W. Chris has over 35 years experience in healthcare. This started as a teenager with St. John Ambulance Brigade, in which Chris rose to the rank of Sergeant and carried out over 2000 hours of duties and training. Chris also received a commendation from the County Commissioner for outstanding conduct. Chris then went on to train as a Nurse and received his degree in adult Nursing in 2001. He then worked in a variety of specialities including surgery, EAU and Trauma and Orthopaedics in which he held several senior positions as a Charge Nurse.

In 2010 Chris moved into education for healthcare practitioners. He completed several qualifications in education including a PGCE, PGDE and a Masters degree in education. His first position is education was running a preceptorship programme for newly qualified nurses at a large hospital. He then went on to hold a lecturers position in clinical skills and then a senior lecturer in adult nursing at two large Universities in the Midlands. He is also currently undertaking a PhD in which the focus is to make the simulation of clinical skills more realistic and transferable to clinical practice.
